Marc Elias has the skinny on this...says we need to take this seriously but he'll kick their ass in court. A crackpot theory that wouldn't 'unlock' anything. SC has already said IEEPA doesn't give him authority to enact tariffs...they now claim that very act gives them authority to interfere with elections.
