What trump has been doing is abstract. People know it's wrong, but it was not hurting them so they have no reason to change their beliefs. It's textbook moral disengagement. And anyone who says they are "Christian", but engages in this is not Christian as it fails the test for truth, humility and care for the vulnerable.
