They've been doing good work in computer-generating "future" and "past" faces for the actors when the story has a time-jump. Before AI it was usually done with some horrendous, unbelievable make-up and wigs that didn't help anyone.

But the SAG-AFTRA concerns about the use of AI to replace live actors (and writers) was well-founded, and they were right to strike until the agreement was reached.
