2. Even to this non medical person, it was pretty obvious

Yesterday

even in his first term that he had medical issues and wasn't anywhere close to healthy, mentally or physically. Quite honestly, his doctors need to have their licenses revoked for lying to the public.
6'3", 220lbs. sure, bro, whatever you say.
