Four cylinder 2.3 liter turbo charged engine, four door sedan with hatchback. Fantastic geometry. Incredible handling. Super comfortable. Unmatched interior space. Great gas mileage.
Only 400 imported to US. I owned one new, then replaced it twice with used versions I found around the country when one got stolen or wrecked.
Ive owned Porches and BMWs that were big disappointments in comparison.
Then GM bought Saab and killed the brand. Not long after GM went bankrupt. It was saved by the US government and gifted to a bunch of oligarchs. Yay US industry!!
