Collard Greens. Grew up on a Wisconsin farm, not in the south, but we used to love these!

Google vinegar pepper sauce and you'll get lots of options to order some. I also like it on cabbage.

I miss them! I grew up in the south. They were frequently on our table just not at Thanksgiving.

Not a Thanksgiving dish, but my high school cafeteria used to put shredded carrots and canned peas...

Easy peasy. Just buy some frozen pearl onions and a can of cream of onion or celery soup. Dump in a casserole
