2. Without prying, one of the hardest

Things if had to try and learn is to trust my miracles to happen. Specifically, so many procedures in the hospital and the fears that I brought with me conflicted with trusting a process that allowed for a smooth experience. I.e. trusting a phlebotomist to draw my blood with minimal pain even though they'd already done it several times before.
I know that's a severe oversimplification but I have to learn to really trust experts in their expertise.
