Day 3 Update, lots [View all]
Hi everybody,
What an eventful day!
I slept decently, 2 hours here, 3 there.
Home health nurse came @ 9:30 all went well.
Took the walk to the cemetery with Cuddles (YAY) at 11:30, took a long time, had the seat walker and used it several times there and back.
Checked my E-mail and low and behold, SSA sent one that said my case had been updated. So I am now at stage four of their review and it's being done at our local office. Said estimated time to decision 15-30 days! WOOOOHOOOOOOOO
My lawyer thinks it will be denied simply because it's a back case but thinks we will do well on appeal.
The only downside is that we may have to wait for my Cardiac Rehab to finish before I can do a FAA. (Functional Ability Assessment)
I took Tracy to lunch so I could also have a quick stop at the grocery store. I survived that although my back is creaking loudly lol.
Now getting ready for the County Democratic meeting that starts in 1 hour.
All in all a good day.
Yes I've done the incentivize thingy some today as well.
Please send secret "John, bite your tongue" messages so I behave at the meeting lol.
