13. Odd to say this, but maybe streaming has raised the quality level of television ...

Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HBO, Apple, etc. give people much better stuff to watch (and are drawing talent away from the banality of network control). There's no "must-see" programming on broadcast anymore.
