Cord cutters - what streaming alternative to cable do you use? [View all]

I just got rid of my cable (hallelujah!) and am eyeing YouTube TV, but it annoys me that you can't go to specific channels and instead need to scroll up and down. Has anyone tried it? How about Sling or any of the others?
