8. I have a critic with bad hearing

who watches it with me every day, my bestie/roomie.

She wears serious hearing aids; even so, she can't hear higher ranges and can't comprehend if the person doesn't articulate well, or if they run out of air before they run out of sentence.

So far: Alex was perfect for her.

Ken Jennings was a little too high pitched, didn't articulate, and didn't have good breath control so the end of words or sentences dopplered away.

The producer did very well. She had no difficulty with anything about his speech.

Katy Couric is NOT doing well after one episode. Too high pitched, talks too fast, slurs or slides over some words. She was ready to throw the tv into the trash at the end of the show.

So we'll see how the next one fares!!
