What you describe is exactly the same thing as what's happening to her. She finally got it to work on her PS4, but that meant downloading and installing the app on there, which took a bit of extra time.

I saw that a lot of people on Twitter were saying what you did about creating a new username. The general consensus was that this was working. If it's still not fixed by next Sunday, she may try that, too. But like you, it makes her feel resentful, too. As much as we pay for this stuff, it ought to work!
