The kid being pulled behind the station wagon where they kept showing the same clip over and over!

Then the cops get him home to his sister and instead of telling him he's grounded and confiscating his skates, just tells him to be more careful and he skates off again.

The whole town is on roller skates, too. I could only watch so much of it.
