Seems like Utah guy just wants a payday and attention. I mean two people ran into each other at a very posh ski resort. Who didn’t see that coming? It seems like a real he said she said situation and the outcome is a toss up but the little I’ve read indicates she doesn’t owe him anything. (Not a lawyer here)
