National "Good Loser" classes. Obviously, there were a bunch of people who missed out on these teachings in school, Sunday school, and from their parents. I think it'd be in the best interest of National Security if people were taught how to be a good loser... and then have consequences attached when they acted contrary to what they were taught! (yeah, right... /snark)
