1. I met a "sovereign citizen" several years ago. They are into some weird stuff like not thinking

they have to pay their bills, don't need a DL, and seem to always be looking for some kind of incident to express their BS. This person's brother is also into it and claims to be a "Private Atty General" which is a whole other level of nuts. Seems to be a good person other than being almost certifiably mental.
