load of bullshit about the shoplifting. The organized mass shoplifting has produced many arrests and prosecutions, it just took some time. A private security guard cannot arrest 20 people at the scene of the crime. It's also not happening much anymore. All shoplifting is still a crime and is prosecutable. If you don't believe me, try doing some the next time you go there.
