Before considering moving to any of these towns, check for:

Percentage of MAGA/QAnon nut jobs; Weaverville in particular is close to Shasta county, which was taken over by Sovereign citizen MAGA militia nut jobs. Check out who the state and federal legislators are.

Check for extreme weather risks, particularly fire and flood.
