It might feel good but nothing other than negative pushback will come of it.

It ain't happening, any more than when some ignoramus suggests getting rid of the Electoral college (which simply is never going to happen)

Honestly, with all the issues facing California, entering a dead horse in a race is almost 'bullet train' level of stupid.
