SDG&E rates are through the roof. I know August, Sept., and even Oct have high temps. in this area of CA. Our worst fires were in Oct in 2003 and 2007. Schools were closed for a week each time (a first).

I love May Gray and June Gloom. It is too dry and will be for 6 more months. We must conserve water, even though the unusually wet winter was a big relief. People need to maintain their conservation and not forget the last 5 years of drought.
