4. CA is a winner take all state in Presidential elections. The Rs haven't a chance in 2024.

However, I believe CA Rs have moved to a winner take all apportionment for presidential primaries. So, if tRump is kept off the primary ballot, it would really hurt him in the overall delegate count for the R nominee.
