takes away some of the mentally ill’s personal freedoms by institutionalizing accute cases but also provides beds, care and help to become self sufficient.

For probably the first time in my life, I voted against the recommendation of the League of Women Voters and the ACLU of whom I’m a 40 year card-carrying member.

This prop is Gavin’s baby so let’s give it a try.
