8. Yes, we lived 2 blocks north of that new development, called NOHO West. It's actually quite nice and

has great movie theaters and a Trader Joes. But we were just south of Victory Blvd and it's like the Daytona 500 now on that street. Just driving around that area of the valley, or over on the west side, is like driving in a Mad Max movie. No one pays attention to street signs, lights, etc. It just got to be too much and we were planning on retiring in the desert anyway. We just moved it up a year.
