I was just surprised that anyone, anywhere would ever have to retake the written part of the driving test again. As if someone driving for 50 years would forget the rules of the road such as what traffic signs mean or that they should signal to change lanes. I understand why a state might want to have a driver do a road test again but not the written test. Good for California for changing this.
