which, with just the slightest bit of reflection - sounds awfully darn similar to "drain the swamp!" (which in the end meant nothing but basic and repeated incompetence)

I don't have a dog in this fight ... And Breed may be past a reasonable 'sell by' date. But allow me a very loud "BULLSH*T!" - to the underlying simple minded notion, that 'new blood' and 'change' are automatic pluses ...
