8. Location, location, location. So what's a mobile home cost where you are? And what's the climate like?

If you read the article, you now know what people were willing to scrape up to buy a place with a view of the Pacific that you could reach out and touch. There’s one actual mansion that burned down that cost something like $85 Million — I’m betting the same view.

The difference between the mansion owner and these folks is that he no doubt has other houses he owns, while the Bowl residents have no such options.
