2. That mask law has a LOT of loopholes.

In the first place, it requires the state proving "intent to conceal his identity," and has exceptions for wearing a mask, such as: "engaged in professions, trades, employment or other activities and wearing protective masks which are deemed necessary for the physical safety of the wearer or other person"

The "other activities" is pretty broad. The law is intended to target KKK activity or bank robbers, and given the last year, I don't see any officer who doesn't want to be fired arresting people for wearing masks, especially considering the CDC policy is still in effect for unvaccinated people.
