2. I haven't seen the uptick in the two counties I'm tracking.

But, today I did notice something strange. They usually provide the accumulative total number of people tested in the county, and to get the total for the day you have to do your own subtraction. But today, there was no accumulative total. Just the total for the day. And in Both Sumter and Seminole the number of tests are higher than any day in the last few weeks. So, if we're waiting for results, the numbers will probably spike in the next day or two.
