As of yesterday, there were five School District that defied his orders on masks. Hillsborough, Broward, Miami-Dade, Alachua, and the West Palm area, if I remember correctly. The governor got the State Board of Education to go after them and they are sending papers to Broward and Alachua, which were the first two counties to defy him. With the High cases of covid since school started, why doesn't every District get together and defy him? The president would have their back.
