of me thinks that realistically, someone old enough to drive should be old enough to smoke if they want to. If they don't start by age 21, the odds of them doing so decrease. Prevent the kids from starting smoking in the first place and it's something they'll never miss, so it's not like really depriving them of anything. Actually doing them a favor by saving them a shit ton of money too.
