I am not buying "glitch" nor do I think it is confined to Iowa. Cases in Iowa and across the country have been taking a downward track for @ 3 weeks and there seemed to be absolutely no logical reason. So now we know.

Was this a feature of data no longer going through the CDC and direct to the administration? I hope someone can investigate.
