and basically are not welcomed and subject to the whims of those who made them. Fuck them. If they want their own roads, let them pay for them and maintain them. I'd be pissed if my money went to repair or maintain a "private" road.
I'm not much of a supporter of the governor, but on this - just like a broken clock is right at least twice a day - he's got my support.
