is that maybe black folks are too smart to do a rotten drug like meth. Just sayin, Governor Goofball, that maybe your prejudices are misplaced.

Besides, I know the population up there that is buying the smack you claim is being brought in by all those bad brown people from liberal areas outside your state. Maybe you need to focus on them and find out why they're so alienated and hopeless to have to turn to chemicals to numb the pain. Maybe your own policies have something to do with it.
