the times record had an editorial on this that all Mainers should be forced to read. It originated in the beacon a progressive paper per article. HE has already broken the law by side tracking 34% of the money to another group an taking from teens for food stamps. the group he is dealing with is not using a competitive bid if I remember right. Seems this group has high paid executives which will siphon more away from the needy. I can't believe he can be so blinded as to not research this group. They have many lawsuits against them which will siphon off more money from the intended. I mean 700,000 dollars for a possible 45 cases of welfare fraud an now this . will someone post the beacon article -I am unable.
