pay for tax cuts, pay for even more military, pay for a trillion dollar infrastructure program, pay for healthcare for all, and all of the other stuff he wants to do. We can't even pay for all of the expenditures already in place. Welcome to the land of make believe or bankruptcy depending on the level of insanity.
