Is my memory bad or did not the governor refuse to accept the easy fix that the federal gov. offered? Seems to me if you research the reason Mainers have this dilemma is because of the governor's refusal to abide by the federal stature. But then when did you ever see or hear a staunch (I AM THE BOSS REPUBLICAN) RIGHT WING TUNNELED VISION know what they were talking about? Really right now there is 4 states like us who played follow the leader even when
the majority of the hold outs realized the consequences they were putting on the backs of the people.
Oh well it will take years to dig out of the hole this administration has dug
