unbelieveable, leadership? what leadership? [View all]

here is the law:

they never change=here is the law defined in print clear and to the point!
Article V, Part 3 Sec. 3 of the Maine Constitution says a constitutional officer cannot engage in commerce while in office. Poliquin has been directly involved in both the Popham Beach Club, a private club in Phippsburg, and Dirigo Holdings LLC, a real estate company.

this has already gone before the att:general with a feeble reply that seemed to skirt the problem with little comment about crossing the line or if the law was broken. It will now go to court and you can only wonder if this result will follow party lines!
It appears the only good thing coming out of this is more and more are seeing how things operate in the political arena of Maine!
One thing is for sure more and more are talking about voting out those in office! more and more are joining the orginal 61% - the polls show it is now approx. 72% and growing!
this out come will effect the vote on Snowe's seat! and the democrat candidate shall definetly gain from this exposure!
