From a barrel of oil you get (approximately):

19.5 gallons of gasoline
9.2 gallons of distillate fuel
4.1 gallons of jet fuel.

etc.

So unless there is twice the demand for gasoline as diesel and heating oil, the price of heating oil will go up and the price of gasoline will do down.
