They didn't say if he had access to weapons. I don't know if other charges would happen then.

This seems to be attention seeking behavior at any level you look at it. He will receive lots of attention from lawyers, judges, psychiatrists, jailers, etc.

He is being held without bail according to this story.

A apparently he has a history.

On top of the terrorizing charge, Allen also faces a charge of violating conditions of release. The Hancock County District Attorney’s Office says they believe Allen had serious intentions to cause harm to people at Ellsworth High School.
