this travesty of a tax bill, who previously dumped the responsibility of raising the shortfall in tax revenues on the remaining lower income Maine taxpayers.

I think other taxpayers left holding the bill (shortfall in tax revenues) would never agree to a tax policy if this had come up for a public vote, e.g.: "Hey, we're cutting taxes for these Fat Cats over here, do you mind?".

Those that voted for such a bill should never be allowed to run for office within the state or outside the state ever, being that they didn't represent the vast majority of voters thus, they lose their right to represent the voters.
