Maine is not the only state requiring quarantine upon arrival, we have it in my state too. Much like Maine, Montana relies heavily on tourism what with national parks, 3 of the five entrances to Yellowstone are in Montana and then there's Glacier NP, and trophy home heaven, we're not looking at a very profitable year. And aside from the tourists, there are the seasonal workers who won't be here spending some of their earnings as well. Everything will change, our way of living has already started the transition by staying home, but we will have to behave differently. A lot of my neighbors are quietly thankful that the national parks are still close and they all cite the benefit for the wildlife even those who aren't totally environmentally compassionate.

People have been home long enough to think about how they live, some aren't going to like what they see and some will refuse to see it until it slaps them in the face and possibly kills them.
