When you consider material like, when he was young, he used to capture birds, rip their wings off and throw them high up in the air yelling, "LOSER!" as they fell, bleeding to the ground.

He would then stomp them to death with glee, set the remains on ablaze and proclaim, "You're FIRED!'

You just don't want anybody to know about that, but his base might actually find it exciting and worthy of emulation, so is is best they don't get any ideas.
