2. It's not. I drive to my daughter's house in Maine from Mass. every few days.

I am never without a mask and I stay away from non-family. Nobody cares and the Mass. license plates are plentiful. I think they're afraid hordes of Mass. residents will swarm in if they officially allow it. We're actually doing pretty well here in Mass., finally.
