My wife, son and I moved here from the Philly suburbs in the summer of 2002. I'm 65 now and I've also lived in many parts of the country. We bought our house in 2012 and I intend to leave it feet first.

Longevity tends to run in my family so I likely have about 25 years left. Unless, of course, Covid 19 bites me in the ass in which case it may be a few weeks.
