If for no other reasons, than fending off acquisition by EverSource or National Grid. I'm in NH, and our EverSore butts are carrying awful rates!
Look at what Green Mountain Power is doing in Vermont, with PowerWall Batteries and a smarter grid.
Could this be used to get cheap or free public Internet in the boonies?
