gun control! [View all]

I like to hear how stupid the argument the right puts up about defining assault rifles!
well hears a clue=if its an ar-15 it fits the bill dumbo! ar stands for assault rifle! thats right stupor!now you can fling it string it flip it and strip it the ar stands for assault rifle!
So whats the deal ? the same same the right lives by =smoking mirrors=diversion!
use the nomenclature of the ar 15 as a guide line for assault rifle! ignore the ignorant right!
the most important band is limiting the weapon to 10 shot capacity! And when that non-hunter on the right says that will interfere with hunters(inform the dipshit every state I have ever hunted in already has restrictions on hunters and automatic semi- autos as far as shot capacity!)SHOUT THE ASSHOLE DOWN IN PUBLIC LET HIM KNOW YOUR A HUNTER AND INFORMED! That is how they operate! by intimidation!
My personal feeling about a gun carrying permit(who judges you?) is every one who is sane and doesn't have a record should be able to get one! If your refused because you live on the wrong side of the tracks you should be able to appeal it before a board of peers(not the in crowd) who is made up of your peers!
I have never bought a gun (and I have bought them since I was 21) without having to show at least two forms of id,my home address etc. You don't have to do this at a gun show! And judging from what I read in another forum about the recent one in Augusta this holds true in Maine!(the criteria is all you need is the bucks)!
I think a very simple fix would be a signature of the sale and a picture or video! along with the serial number of the weapon! this would also protect the buyer if the gun had been stolen!
