If we stay home there is no need to sanitize common areas or play structures... stay home.

Two... the virus does not survive in the presence of UV light nor can it live on any surface for more than a few days (10 to be safe).

So... close all the common areas and playgrounds for 10 days.. and no virus will be left there. If you then test everyone before opening the playgrounds again.. you have halted the community spread ( at least in these areas )
