1. Whoever wrote that title should be informed that "illegal" is an adjective...

...and that in English, adding an "s" to an adjective doesn't make it a plural noun.

If somebody really likes using naked adjectives as standins for nouns and likes to pluralize said adjectives by adding an "s", they can get away with it a lot easier in Spanish than they can in English.

Doing it in English just makes the person appear illiterate.
