At first it rolled over, up to certain limit of days, than as money got tighter for social services you lost a certain percentage of the days after a year.
What REALLY paid off was comp. time. Anything over 40 hours a week, and since social service agencies were notoriously understaffed,
I was glad for both comp time and mileage. Made up for the fact we had low salaries.
