2. I watched it, too. Brought tears to my eyes, and I'm an old

geezer guy. That little kid who went to the wake, despite his parents' request he stay home after school, that got to me. Then the brother's eulogy, and the fire-partner's eulogy. Heck, I needed some tissues.

Hats off to police and fire folks everywhere.

They put their lives on the line for us every day.

I know not every policeman or fireman is perfect, but compared to Congress, compared to so many in our society and national celebrities today, I'd rather live next door to one of these folks than any famous or powerful person.
